I spent the better part of 10 years as a Manager to a boutique Day Spa - managing staff, clients, admin, marketing, performing treatments, branding and much, much more. Through this position I developed a deep appreciation for the behind-the-scenes of business and learned that the term "it takes a village" really does ring true in business! Working a 40+ hour work week, spending quality time with family & friends, living a healthy lifestyle mentally & physically whilst also trying to have a little bit of "You Time"? It's damn near impossible!
